Are you a Villain? Playing City of Villain’s
Everyone wants to be the bad guy sometimes, but we’d rather not deal with the consequences or guilt. City of Villains gives me that chance to walk on the wrong side of the law without worrying about repercussions. As you can imagine, a city dedicated solely to villains is not the nicest neighborhood to walk through, but thankfully you don’t need to be a nice person.
I’ve always liked the stealthy villains. The ones that sneak into a bank and steal the jewels and take advantage of the distractions of others. My villain of choice is what the game terms as a Stalker.Didn’t catch that? This explains it. I’m basically a glass cannon which means I can hit something really hard and really fast, but if I don’t turn tail and run before the retaliation then I’m in trouble. Something about having a character that runs away from any real fight really resonates with me. The “live to fight another day” mentality.
That’s not to say that other character types don’t have their fun. I can certainly see the appeal of taking on a whole SWAT team by yourself as you shoot mystical fire from your mouth. I’ll just be the one sneaking around all that while I grab your heist.
